تلعب استراتيجية كايزن للتحسين المستمر دورا مهما في تحسين مستوى أداء الكوادر الطبية بالقطاع الصحى حيث أنها تساعد على تحسين مستويات القدرة على العمل والرغبة لدى الكوادر الطبية ، كما تساهم في تحسين مستويات السلوك والانضباط الوظيفي وتحسين مستوى النتائج.
     وفي ظل هذا الإطار قامت الباحثة بدراسة وتحليل دور استراتيجية كايزن في تحسين مستوى أداء الكوادر الطبية من خلال دراسة تطبيقية على مستشفى جامعة الملك عبد العزيز في مدينة جدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية.  ومن خلال إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ،  وتحليل بيانات قوائم الاستبيان باستخدام برنامج SPSS على 387 عامل من العاملين بمستشفى جامعة الملك عبد العزيز في مدينة جدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
      توصلت الباحثة إلى وجود تأثير ذو دلالة معنوية عند مستوى معنوية أقل من 5% لاستراتيجية كايزن بأبعادها المختلفة (التخطيط ، التنفيذ ، الفحص ، الاستجابة) فى تحسين مستوى أداء الكوادر الطبية بأبعاده (تحسين مستوى القدرة والرغبة، تحسين مستوى السلوك والانضباط، تحسين مستوى النتائج) في مستشفى جامعة الملك عبد العزيز في مدينة جدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
      وتوصي الباحثة القائمين على أمر مستشفى جامعة الملك عبد العزيز في مدينة جدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية بضرورة الاهتمام باستراتيجية كايزن للتحسين المستمر لما لها من أهمية كبيرة في تحسين مستوى أداء الكوادر الطبية حيث أنها تساعد على تحسين مستويات القدرة والرغبة على العمل لدى الكوادر الطبية ، كما تساهم في تحسين مستويات السلوك والانضباط الوظيفي وتحسين مستوى النتائج.
 
    The Kaizen strategy for continuous improvement plays an important role in improving the level of performance of medical personnel in the health sector, as it helps improve the levels of work ability and desire among medical personnel. It also contributes to improving levels of behavior and job discipline and improving the level of results.
     In light of this framework, the researcher studied and analyzed the role of the Kaizen strategy in improving the level of performance of medical personnel through an applied study at King Abdulaziz University Hospital in the city of Jeddah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.  By following the descriptive analytical approach, and analyzing the data from the questionnaire lists using the SPSS program on 387 workers at King Abdulaziz University Hospital in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
      The researcher found that there was a significant effect at a significance level of less than 5% for the Kaizen strategy in its various dimensions (planning, implementation, examination, response) in improving the level of performance of medical personnel in its dimensions (improving the level of ability and desire, improving the level of behavior and discipline, improving the level of results).       The researcher recommends that those in charge of King Abdulaziz University Hospital in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, need to pay attention to the Kaizen strategy for continuous improvement because of its great importance in improving the level of performance of medical personnel, as it helps improve the levels of ability and desire to work among medical personnel, and also contributes to Improving the levels of behavior and job discipline and improving the level of results.
