ملخص البحث
 لا يستغني مجتمع عن مهنة القضاء، فهو من ضروريات الاجتماع، وأنَّ طلاب الشريعة والأنظمة بحاجة للتركيز على اكتساب المهارات أكثر من التركيز على اكتساب المعارفـ سواء أكانت مهارات تطوير ذاتهم، أو المهارات المهنية ، أو المهارات التخصصية، وقد تعرض البحث، لفضل القضاء وأهميته، وشروط وصفات القاضي، ومدى حاجته للاتزان العقلي، والانفعالي، وما يمكن أن يمثله التدريب من أهمية لطلاب كليات الشريعة والأنظمة في طريق اكتساب المهارات ثم أهم مهارات تطوير الذات التي يحتاجها الطلاب، وخلص البحث، إلى ضرورة اشتراط خضوع المتقدمين لمهنة القضاء لاختبارات نفسية، تحدد سماتهم وخصائصهم النفسية، ومدى سيطرة أمزجتهم على أحكامهم، وأهمية الاتزان النفسي والانضباط السلوكي، والعقلي، والسلامة من العلل النفسية للقاضي: كالقلق حتى لا تؤثر في آلية اتخاذ القرار، ويؤدي في النهاية إلى صدور قرارات معيبة تهدر قدسية العدالة وأنه لا بد من دراسة طلاب الكلية لمهارات الاتصال الفعال، وعلم النفس الذي له تعلق بمهنة القضاء، كعلم النفس القضائي، والجنائي صيانة لمقام القضاء والقاضي. 
Abstract:
Society does not dispense with the profession of the judiciary, as it is one of the necessities of society, and that students of Sharia and regulations need to focus on acquiring skills more than focusing on acquiring knowledge, whether it is self-development skills, professional skills, or specialized skills. The qualities of the judge, the extent of his need for mental and emotional balance, and the importance that training can represent for students of Sharia and systems faculties in the way of acquiring skills, and then the most important self-development skills that students need. psychological, and the extent to which their moods control their judgments, and the importance of psychological balance, behavioral and mental discipline, and safety from the psychological ills of the judge: such as anxiety so as not to affect the decision-making mechanism, and ultimately lead to the issuance of defective decisions that waste the sanctity of justice and that it is necessary for college students to study communication skills effective, and psychology that is related to the profession of the judiciary, such as judicial and criminal psychology to maintain the position of the judiciary and the judge
