ملخص البحث
مبحث تقريرات النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم للنساء، وأثرها في استنباط الأحكام من المباحث الجليلة النفع، وله من الأهمية في التشريع والأحكام والتطبيق العملي، وقد اهتمت هذه الدراسة بتقريرات النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم للنساء، لما لها من أثر كبير في الفقه الإسلامي، فقمت بدراسة هذه المسألة وما يتعلق بها من دراسة أصولية، أعتمد فيها على أمهات كتب الأصول مع ذكر أقوال العلماء في كل مسألة، وترجيح ما يرجحه الدليل، مع إبراز الجانب التطبيقي في البحث، وربطه بالجانب الأصولي حيث إنه الغاية من هذه الدراسة.
     وقد جعلت دراستي هذه في مقدمة، وتمهيد، ومبحثين، وخاتمة.
وقمت بتتبع أقوال الأصوليين والفقهاء في مسائل تقريرات النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم للنساء، وحصر المذاهب وأدلتها، وأقوال الأصوليين والفقهاء في المسائل الفقهية والأصولية، وقمت بتحليل آراء الفقهاء والأصوليين في المسائل الفقهية والأصولية المتعلقة عند عرضها، واستنباط وجه الدلالة على مذاهب الأصوليين والفقهاء في المسائل المتعلقة ثم قمت بالموازنة بين هذه الآراء حتى اتبين قوة وضعف كل فريق عند الترجيح بينهم، مع تخريج الفروع الفقهية المترتبة عليه، وربطه بالجانب الأصولي حيث إنه الغاية من هذه الدراسة، لإثبات سعة الفقه ومرونته ومواكبته لكل القضايا المعاصرة. 
Abstract:
The study of The reports of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, to women, and their impact on deducing rulings is a very useful study, and it has importance in legislation, rulings, and practical application. This study was reports of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, to women, and their impact on deducing rulings, because of its great impact on Islamic jurisprudence, so I studied this issue and the fundamental study related to it.                                      
 In it reports of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, to women, and their impact on deducing rulings on each issue, and giving preference to what the evidence suggests, while highlighting the applied aspect of the research, and linking it to the fundamentalist aspect, as that is the purpose of this study.       
   My study consists of an introduction, four sections, and a conclusion
I tracked the sayings of the fundamentalists and jurists on the issues of the application of analogy in punishments and expiations, and enumerated the doctrines and their evidence, and the sayings of the fundamentalists and jurists on matters of jurisprudence and fundamentalism, and I analyzed the opinions of the jurists and jurists in the related matters of jurisprudence and fundamentalism when they were presented, and deduced the significance of the doctrines of the fundamentalists and jurists in the related issues, and then I By weighing these opinions until I determine the strength and weakness of each group when weighing between them، With the graduation of the branches of jurisprudence resulting from it, and linking it to the fundamentalist side, as it is the purpose of this study, to prove the breadth of jurisprudence, its flexibility, and its keeping pace with all contemporary issues.
