تتناول هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف العلاقة بين دلالة الحقيقة والمجاز والإشارة عند الإمام الغزالي في إطار الفكر الأصولي. وتعتمد الدراسة على تحليل لآراء الإمام الغزالي من كتابيه "المنخول" و"مشكاة الأنوار"، حيث يسعى الباحث إلى تقديم فهم لدلالة الإشارة من خلال تحليل أثر دلالة الحقيقة والمجاز في استنباط الأحكام الشرعية. ومن خلال العلاقة بين هذه الدلالات يتضح أثر دلالة الإشارة عند الإمام الغزالي، والتي تعد واحدة من المداخل لفهم المعاني والمقاصد الإلهية التي قد تتجاوز حدود المعنى الظاهر.
إن إشكالية البحث تتمثل في محاولة الربط بين دلالة الحقيقة والمجاز ودلالة الإشارة، ومعرفة كيف يمكن أن تؤثر هذه العلاقة على فهم النصوص الشرعية، وبالتالي على استنباط الأحكام منها. ويطرح الباحث عدة تساؤلات: ما هي العلاقة الدقيقة بين الحقيقة والمجاز والإشارة؟ وكيف يمكن أن يعزز فهمُنا لدلالة الحقيقة والمجاز فهمَنا لدلالة الإشارة؟ وهل يمكن أن تسهم هذه الدلالة لتوضيح المعاني الخفية دون المساس بالمعاني الظاهرة للنصوص؟.
خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الإمام الغزالي قد أبرز أهمية فهم الحقيقة والمجاز كخطوة أولى للوصول إلى دلالة الإشارة، معتبرًا أن نصوص الوحي قد تحمل معاني متعددة يمكن استكشافها بطرق مختلفة دون أن يتم تجاوز المعنى الظاهر أو إلغاؤه. يشير الغزالي إلى أن الجمع بين الدلالة الظاهرية والدلالة الإشارية يسهم في الوصول إلى فهم أكثر عمقًا وشمولًا للنصوص الدينية، مشددًا على ضرورة الحفاظ على حقيقة الظاهر مع اعتبار معنى الباطن في تأويل النصوص، وذلك لضمان فهم معانيها الحقيقية دون الوقوع في التأويلات الباطنية الباطلة.
Abstract:
This study aims to explore the intricate relationship between literal truth, metaphor, and indicative meaning within the framework of Imam Al-Ghazali's jurisprudential thought. The research delves into the analysis of Al-Ghazali's perspectives as presented in his works Al-Mankhūl and Mishkāt Al-Anwār, seeking to provide a nuanced understanding of how truth and metaphor contribute to the derivation of Islamic legal rulings. The study particularly focuses on the role of indicative meaning as a key approach for interpreting deeper, hidden meanings within religious texts, which often transcend the immediate, apparent understanding.
The core issue addressed in this research is the connection between literal and figurative language and how indicative meaning can influence the comprehension of religious texts, thus affecting legal rulings. Several critical questions are raised, such as: What is the precise nature of the relationship between truth and metaphor? How does indicative meaning enhance the understanding of religious discourse? And can it clarify subtle, implicit meanings without undermining the explicit ones?.
The study concludes that Imam Al-Ghazali underscored the importance of understanding truth and metaphor as a prerequisite for accessing indicative meaning, arguing that religious texts may carry multiple layers of meaning that can be uncovered through careful interpretation, without dismissing the apparent meaning. Al-Ghazali advocates for a balanced approach, where both the literal and indicative meanings are integrated to achieve a comprehensive understanding of divine messages. He emphasizes that interpreting texts in this manner ensures a profound engagement with their spiritual and legal dimensions, while avoiding the pitfalls of esoteric interpretations that disregard the text's explicit meanings.
