هدف البحث يهدف هذا البحث إلى تصميم برنامج تأهيلي باستخدام القصة الحركية وتاثيرة فى تحسين التوافق العضلى العصبى لدى المصابين بالشلل الدماغي التشنجى، أتبع الباحثون المنهج التجريبى لمناسبة طبيعة البحث ذو التصميم التجريبى للمجوعة واحدة مع إتباع القياس القبلى والبعدى نظرا لملائمة طبيعة البحث وأهدافه، حيث تمثل عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية والتى بلغ قوامها (12) مصاب من الذكور وتم استبعاد عدد (4)، وأصبح إجمالي عدد العينة (8) مصابين بواقع عينة اساسية قوامها (6) مصابين وعينة استطلاعية(2) طفل، وتشير نتائج هذا البحث إلى ان البرنامج التأهيلي المقترح بأستخدام القصة الحركية كان له تأثيراً إيجابياً على تنمية التوافق العضلى العصبى لدى عينة البحث، ان ممارسة تمارین القصة الحركية المعدة ضمن البرنامج التأهیلى المقترح ساعدت في العملیة التأهیلیة.
