ما بين الضريبة والغرامة خلال العصر البطلمى أمل أحمد حامد عبد العزيز قسم التاريخ اليوناني والروماني بكلية الآداب جامعة المنصورة الملخص : تتناول الدراسة موضوع الـ " νɩᴨᴨɩαΆ فى العصر البطلمى " والتى كانت مثار جدل ونقاش بين من أشار إليها من الباحثين ، والذين لم يصلوا إلى تعريف محدد واضح عنها وما إذا كانت ضريبة أم غرامة . وقد رصدت الدراسة كل ما ورد عنها فى الوثائق والتى كانت فى مجملها نادرة وتناولت تلك المعلومات بالتحليل والنقاش وخرجت منها بأن αɩᴨᴨɩνΆ غرامة فرضت على الفارس المقصر فى الاهتمام ورعاية الحصان الذى تمنحه الدولة له بناءآ على طلبه وبعد تعهده بمسئوليته عنه. وأن الفرسان الذين خضعوا لتلك الغرامة كانوا من كبار ملاك الأراضى ، كما وضحت الدراسة مقدار هذه الغرامة وكيفية السداد . الكلمات المفتاحية : νɩᴨᴨɩα Ά– سلاح الفرسان – غرامة – الجيش البطلمى – الاسطبلات الملكية     Anibia

Faculty of Arts, Mansoura University  Abstract : The study deals with the topic of "Ά νɩᴨᴨɩα in the Ptolemaic Era, Which was a subject of controversy and debate among researchers who referred to it. And those who have not reached a specific and clear definition of it and whether it is a tax or a fine. The study monitored everything mentioned about it in the documents, which were mostly rare, analyzed and discussed this information and concluded that Ά νɩᴨᴨɩα is a fine imposed on raider who neglects to care for and maintain a horse that the state grants him. The Knights who were subject to this fine were major landowners. The study also explained the amount of this fine and who to pay it.
