ملخص        هدف البحث رصد واقع دور التربية الإسلامية المدرسية في تنمية القيم الأخلاقية لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية في محافظة مبارك الكبير بالكويت ، وتحديد المقترحات لتفعيل هذا الدور ، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفى، وتم تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة من المعلمين والمديرين بمدارس التعليم الابتدائي بدولة الكويت قوامها(285) مديراً ومعلماً، وانتهى البحث  إلى عدة مقترحات  لتفعيل دور التربية الإسلامية المدرسية في تنمية القيم الأخلاقية لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية في محافظة مبارك الكبير بالكويت، أبرزها: الحرص على ديمقراطية الحوار والمناقشة مع التلاميذ عند عرض مشكلاتهم، التركيز على وجود اللافتات الإرشادية  الخلقية فى المداخل والطرقات، الاهتمام بتدعيم مبدأ الحوار والمناقشة والنقد الموضوعي بين التلاميذ بعضهم البعض من جهة، وبين المعلم وطلابه من جهة أخرى، تدريب التلاميذ على العمل المشترك وعلى التضامن والتعاون،        تحديد أيام يمكن تسميتها " أيام القيم" تمثل هذة الأيام مناسبات وطنية أو قومية أو عالمية، يتم استثمارها لتعزيز قيم معينة مثل : عيد الفطر وعيد الأضحى، وشهر رمضان، ومن المناسبات العالمية التي يمكن استثمارها : اليوم العالمي لمكافدة التدخين، عام التسامح، حقوق الإنسان، تركيز المنهج الدراسى على منظومة القيم الخلقية لمواجهة أثار التطور العلمى،        التكامل بين المواد الدراسية المختلفة فى تنمية الجانب الخلقى لدى التلاميذ. الكلمات المفتاحية: التربية الإسلامية المدرسية، القيم الأخلاقية، المرحلة الابتدائية بدولة الكويت     Abstract: The aim of the research is to monitor the reality of the role of Islamic school education in developing moral values ​​among primary school students in Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorate in Kuwait, and to identify proposals to activate this role. The research used the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire was applied to a sample of teachers and principals in primary schools in the State of Kuwait, consisting of (285) principals and teachers. The research concluded with several proposals to activate the role of Islamic school education in developing moral values ​​among primary school students in Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorate in Kuwait, most notably: ensuring democratic dialogue and discussion with students when presenting their problems, focusing on the presence of moral guidance signs at entrances and roads, paying attention to supporting the principle of dialogue, discussion and objective criticism among students on the one hand, and between the teacher and his students on the other hand, training students on joint work, solidarity and cooperation, identifying days that can be called "Days of Values" These days represent national, national or international occasions, which are invested to promote certain values ​​such as: Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, and the month of Ramadan. Among the international occasions that can be invested are: World No Tobacco Day, Year of Tolerance, Human Rights Keywords: Islamic school education , moral values , primary school students in the State of Kuwait.
