الملخص هدف البحث إلى معرفة متطلبات تحقيق التماثل التنظيمي في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية من وجهة نظر المعلمين والإداريين في محافظة مأدبا في الأردن، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (642) معلمًا ومعلمة و(92) إداريًا في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية ضمن مديريتي تربية ذيبان ومأدبا في محافظة مأدبا في الأردن، وإعداد استبانة تقيس واقع تحقيق التماثل التنظيمي تضمنت ثلاثة مجالات وهي: الولاء والانتماء والتشابه، ومتطلبات تحقيق التماثل التنظيمي، وأظهرت النتائج أن واقع التماثل التنظيمي في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة مأدبا من وجهة نظر عينة البحث جاء مرتفعًا، وجاء مجالا الولاء والانتماء في المرتبة الأولى، ثم جاء مجال التشابه في المرتبة الأخيرة وبدرجة تقدير مرتفعة أيضًا، وبينت النتائج أن متطلبات تحقيق التماثل التنظيمي من وجهة نظر عينة البحث جاءت متوسطة، وفي ضوء النتائج قدم البحث توصيات عدة منها: تعزيز التشابه لدى المعلمين في المدارس من خلال مشاركتهم في اتخاذ القرارات الخاصة بالمدرسة. الكلمات المفتاحية: التماثل التنظيمي، المدارس الثانوية الحكومية.   Abstract The research aimed to identify the requirements for achieving organizational similarity in government secondary schools from the point of view of teachers and administrators in Madaba Governorate in Jordan. The descriptive approach was used, and the research sample consisted of (642) male and female teachers and (92) administrators in government secondary schools within the Dhiban and Madaba Education Directorates in Madaba Governorate in Jordan. A questionnaire was prepared to measure the reality of achieving organizational similarity, which included three areas: loyalty, belonging, and similarity, and the requirements for achieving organizational similarity. The results showed that the reality of organizational similarity in government secondary schools in Madaba Governorate from the point of view of the research sample was high, and the areas of loyalty and belonging came in first place, then the area of ​​similarity came in last place with a high degree of appreciation as well. The results showed that the requirements for achieving organizational similarity from the point of view of the research sample were average. Considering the results, the research presented several recommendations, including enhancing similarity among teachers in schools by participating in making decisions related to the school.
