ملخص البحث يعنى هذا البحث بدراسة موضوع مهم، وهو "(المسائل الفقهية الواقعة بين أصلين متقابلين يمكن تقديم أحدهما على الآخر في باب العبادات دراسة فقهية مقارنة)" والموضوع يعد من المواضيع البكر التي قل طرقها من الباحثين المعاصرين، بالإضافة إلى أن فيه إثراء للمكتبة الفقهية الأصولية. وقد تناولت الدراسة حقيقة تقابل الأصلين، وبيان صوره، وجمع المسائل الفقهية التي وقع فيها أصول متعارضة مع بحثها بحثًا فقهيًا مقارنًا، ثم بينت الدراسة سبب تقديم أحد الأصلين على الآخر، مع بيان أوجه الترجيح بين الأصول المتعارضة. وقد خلصت الرسالة إلى نتائج منها أنه يمكن أن يُعرف تقابل الأصلين باعتباره مركبًا، بأنه: تعارض استصحاب مع استصحاب آخر على وجه لا يمكن الجمع بينهما، بحيث يقدم أحدهما على الآخر تارة، أو يعمل بكل منهما. -أن الماء يكون طاهرًا عند الشك في بلوغ الماء قدرًا يدفع النجاسة أو لا يدفعها؛ وذلك لأن الأصل الراجح، هو الأصل في الماء الطهارة، على الأصل قلة الماء. -صلاة المأموم غير مرتبطة بصلاة الإمام، فإذا فسدت صلاة الإمام، فلا تفسد صلاة المأموم. -أجمع العلماء -رحمهم الله- على أن من ‌تكلم ‌في ‌صلاته عامدًا، وهو لا يريد إصلاح شيء من أمرها، أن صلاته فاسدة. الكلمات المفتاحية : المسائل الفقهية، التقابل والمسائل الفقهية، التقديم والتأخير، المسائل الفقهية والتقابل وأحكامها. Abstract     This research is concerned with studying an important topic, which is “(Jurisprudential issues located between two opposing principles, one of which can be given precedence over the other in the chapter on worship, a comparative jurisprudential study)" and the topic is considered one of the pristine topics that are rarely addressed by contemporary researchers, in addition to it enriching the fundamentalist jurisprudential library.    The study dealt with the reality of the correspondence of the two principles, explained its forms, and collected the jurisprudential issues in which the principles occurred    The study dealt with the fact of the opposition of the two principles, explained its forms, and collected the jurisprudential issues in which conflicting principles occurred while examining them in a comparative jurisprudential study.
