    هدف البحث: التحقق من الأقوال الافتراضية في المناسك عند الشيخ ابن عثيمين -رحمه الله- في كتاب الشرح الممتع ودراستها دراسةً فقهيةً مقارنة. منهج البحث: المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي. أهم النتائج: للشيخ ابن عثيمين -رحمه الله- مكانة علمية مرموقة، ولكتبه قبول واسع عند المسلمين. الأقوال الفقهية الافتراضية في المناسك من كتاب الشرح الممتع التي أوردها الشيخ ابن عثيمين -رحمه الله- بصيغة الافتراض مثل: "لو قيل...." أو "لو قال أحد ...."جميعها وجدت قائلين لها من الفقهاء السابقين -رحمهم الله-. أهم التوصيات: ينبغي دراسة عبارات العلماء التي وردت في كتبهم تيسيراً لطلاب العلم. ينبغي دراسة جميع الأقوال الافتراضية في كامل كتاب الشرح الممتع.

Abstract
To examine the hypothetical opinions in the rites of worship presented by Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen (may Allah have mercy on him) in Al-Sharh Al-Mumti' and study them through a comparative jurisprudential analysis.
Research Methodology: Inductive and analytical method.
Key Findings: Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen (may Allah have mercy on him) holds a distinguished scholarly status, and his books are widely accepted by Muslims. The hypothetical jurisprudential opinions in the rites of worship found in Al-Sharh Al-Mumti', phrased as “if it were said…" or “if someone said…," are all supported by the views of earlier scholars (may Allah have mercy on them).
Key Recommendations:The statements of scholars in their works should be studied to make them more accessible to students of knowledge.
A comprehensive study of all hypothetical opinions in the entirety of Al-Sharh Al-Mumti' is recommended.
