ملخص البحث     هذا البحث بعنوان القواعد الفقهية في العنف الأسري، حيث هدفت إلى بيان القواعد الفقهية من خلال التطبيقات على نوازل في العنف الأسري واختصرتها على بيان آراء الفقهاء الأربعة، وعرض بعض أدلتهم التي أستنده إليه في آرائهم.      ولتحقيق أهداف هذا البحث، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الاستقرائي، والاستنباطي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن أغلبية الفقهاء تتفق على أن الفقه الإسلامي يركز على القواعد الشرعية التي تضمن حقوق الإنسان من العنف الأسري وإلحاق الضرر بجميع إشكاله.      وتضمن هذا البحث على عدد من المسائل التي تبين القواعد الفقهية في العنف الأسري، في مباحث، وقد وقفت الباحثة على ثلاثة مباحث يندرج تحتها مسائل تطبيقية، وهي: التهديد باستخدام العنف، و العنف بالاستغلال النفسي, و العنف في العلاقات الزوجية. الكلمات المفتاحية: العنف، العنف الأسري، القواعد الفقهية، العنف للمرأة. القواعد وتطبيقاتها. Abstract:      This research is titled "The Jurisprudential Rules in Domestic Violence," where it aimed to clarify the jurisprudential rules through applications on cases of domestic violence, focusing on the opinions of the four jurists and presenting some of the evidence they relied upon in their views.
     To achieve the objectives of this research, the study employed both inductive and deductive methods. The study concluded that the majority of scholars agree that Islamic jurisprudence focuses on the legal principles that ensure human rights against domestic violence and all forms of harm.
     This research included a number of issues that clarify the legal principles regarding domestic violence, organized into sections. The researcher focused on three sections that encompass practical issues: threats of violence, psychological exploitation, and violence in marital relationships.
