ملخص البحث تناول هذا البحث الأحكام المتعلقة بعَدِّ العبادات البدنية المقدرة شرعاً، ووسائله التقنية المعاصرة من حيث تصويرها الفقهي ووسائلها التقنية المعاصرة، وبيان تأصيلها وآثارها الفقهية، والمراد بها: الطرق التي يضبط بها العدد المقدر شرعاً لعبادة بدنية معينة مثل: عدد ركعات الصلاة، والأذكار، وأشواط الطواف، ومنها وسائل نص عليها المتقدمون، كالعد بالأصابع، والحصى، والسبحة، ومنها وسائل تقنية معاصرة، مثل: الخاتم الرقمي، الخدمات التقنية، وتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وقد اتفق الفقهاء على مشروعية العد بالأصابع؛ لوروده في السنة، واختلفوا في العد بغير الأصابع من النوى والحصى والسبحة ونحوها من الوسائل المعاصرة كالخاتم الالكتروني على ثلاثة أقوال: وأرجحها: الجواز، ويتأكد الجواز في حق المحتاج. Abstract: This research the rulings pertaining to counting physical worship and their contemporary technological means, exploring their depiction in Islamic jurisprudence and contemporary technological methods, as well as elucidating their foundations and their jurisprudential effects. -The methods for quantifying acts of worship have diversified. Some are traditional methods explicitly mentioned by early scholars, such as counting on fingers, pebbles, or prayer beads, while others are contemporary technological methods, such as digital rings, technological services in electronic programs, and smart prayer mats. Additionally, artificial intelligence applications, such as voice-assisted remembrance counting and counting Tawaf through map technologies, as well as assistant robots, have been . The scholars differed regarding the permissibility of counting using means other than fingers, such as grains, pebbles, masbahah "prayer beads", and similar contemporary methods like electronic rings. There are three opinions concerning this matter, with the most preponderant being permissibility, and this permissibility is further confirmed for those in need.
