ملخص: استهدفت الدراسة الحالية اختبار فعالية برنامج تدريبي في الخدمة الاجتماعية لتحقيق التمكين لخريجي الرعاية اللاحقة بالمؤسسات الإيوائية ، وفى ضوء ذلك تم تطبيق البرنامج على (17مفردة ) وهم جميع الشباب في مرحلة الرعاية اللاحقة المتواجدون داخل المؤسسة ، والتي تتراوح أعمارهم من (18 :21) سنة بالجمعية النسائية لتحسين الصحة بمدينة الفيوم ، وطبق عليهم مقياس التمكين بأبعاده "التمكين الاجتماعي– التمكين النفسي– التمكين الاقتصادي" ( إعداد الباحثة ) قبل تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي، وبعد الانتهاء من تنفيذ أنشطة البرنامج التدريبي تم إجراء قياس بعدى لقياس فعاليته ، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى : صحة الفرض الرئيسي والذى مؤداه " وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين متوسطي درجات خريجي الرعاية اللاحقة أعضاء الجماعة التجريبية في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي على مقياس التمكين لصالح التطبيق البعدي".

Abstract: The effective pilot study targeted a training program for empowerment for graduates of aftercare in residential institutions. Therefore, in light of this, members of the experimental majority were selected from (17 members), which are all young people in the aftercare stage, ranging from (18 to 21) years old, at the Women's Association for Health Improvement in the city of Fayoum, and the empowerment scale was applied to them (prepared by the researcher) before implementing the training program (prepared by the researcher) After completing the implementation of the training program activities, a post-measurement was conducted to measure the effectiveness of the training program, the dimensions of which were (social empowerment - psychological empowerment - economic empowerment). The results of the study reached the validity of the main hypothesis, which was “the presence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of aftercare graduates, members of the experimental group, in the pre- and post-application on the empowerment scale, in favor of the post-application."
