ملخص الدراسة:
تستهدف الدراسة "الوصول إلى دليل استرشادي مقترح لتنمية الأداء المهني الإلكتروني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين في العمل مع الحالات الفردية"، من خلال أهداف فرعية: تحديد المعارف المهنية، والمهارات التكنومهنية، والأخلاقيات المهنية المرتبطة بالأداء المهني الإلكتروني للأخصائي الاجتماعي في العمل مع الحالة الفردية، تحديد إحتياجات الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين لتطبيق الممارسة المهنية الإلكترونية في العمل مع الحالات الفردية، محاولة التوصل لدليل إسترشادي لتنمية الأداء المهني الإلكتروني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين في العمل مع الحالات الفردية، تعتبر الدراسة وصفية وتستخدم منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بإدارة غرب الفيوم التعليمية وعددهم (84)، باستخدام استمارة استبيان، وتوصلت الدراسة: لوجود معارف بمستويات جيدة لدى الاخصائيين الاجتماعيين فيما يتعلق بالممارسة المهنية الالكترونية في العمل مع الحالات الفردية، قصور في مستوى المهارات التكنومهنية لديهم في العمل مع الحالات الفردية، ولديهم التزام عالي بالأخلاقيات المهنية في العمل مع الحالات الفردية، هناك احتياجات للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين لتطبيق الممارسة المهنية الالكترونية في العمل مع الحالات الفردية، أهمها "ضرورة وجود معايير أخلاقية لاستخدام وسائل تكنولوجيا في الممارسة المهنية، تحفيز وتدريب الاخصائيين الاجتماعيين على استخدام وسائل تكنولوجيا في الممارسة المهنية" وخرجت نتائج الدراسة بدليل استرشادي مقترح لتنمية الأداء المهني الالكتروني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين في العمل مع الحالات الفردية.
