الملخص    هدفت الدراسة الحالية الي تحديد مقومات ممارسة الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين لمؤتمر الحالة في العمل مع الحالات الفردية بالمجال المدرسي ، حيث تنتمي هذه الدراسة الي نمط الدراسات الوصفية ، واعتمدت علي منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بالمدارس الإعدادية والثانوية مدينة الفيوم ، وعددهم (250أخصائي اجتماعي ) منها(197) من الاخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بالمدارس الإعدادية والثانوية ادارتي شرق وغرب مركز الفيوم مدينة الفيوم، بالإضافة الي (35) اخصائي اجتماعي بمكاتب الخدمة الاجتماعية المدرسية بمحافظه الفيوم، (18) موجه تربية اجتماعية، (10) بإدارة غرب التعليمية مدينة الفيوم، (8) بإدارة شرق التعليمية مدينة الفيوم باستخدام المسح الشامل ، واعتمدت الباحثة في جمع البيانات علي استمارة قياس" لتحديد مقومات ممارسة الاخصائيين الاجتماعيين لمؤتمر الحالة في العمل مع الحالات الفردية بالمجال المدرسي " وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة الي ان هناك قصور نسبي عند الاخصائيين الاجتماعيين فيما يتعلق بمقومات ممارسة أسلوب مؤتمر الحالة مع الحالات الفردية سواء كان في مرحلة الاعداد او اثناء الانعقاد او انهاء مؤتمر الحالة .    الكلمات المفتاحية: – الممارسة المهنية – العمل مع الحالات الفردية- مؤتمر الحالة. Abstract The current study aimed to identify the factors that influence the practice of social workers in conducting case conferences when working with individual cases in the school context. This study belongs to the category of descriptive studies and relied on a comprehensive social survey of social workers in middle and secondary schools in Fayoum City, with a total of (250) social workers, of which (197) are working in middle and secondary schools in the East and West Fayoum administrative divisions. Additionally, there are (35) social workers in school social service offices in Fayoum Governorate, (18) social education supervisors, (10) in the West Educational Administration in Fayoum City, and 8 in the East Educational Administration in Fayoum City. The researcher used a measurement questionnaire to identify the factors influencing social workers' practice of case conferences with individual cases in the school context. The results of the study indicated that There is a relative shortcoming among social workers regarding the components of practicing the case conference method with individual cases, whether in the preparation stage, during the meeting, or in concluding the case conference."
