يهدف هذه البحث إلي التعرف علي العلاقة بين الشفقة بالذات و الصمود النفسي لدي طلاب الجامعة بليبيا , تكونت عينة الدراسة الاستطلاعية من ( 150 ) طالباً وطالبة , والعينة الأساسية ( 220 ) طالباً وطالبة . أستخدمت الباحثة مقياس الشفقة بالذات ومقياس الصمود النفسي, وجميع المقاييس من إعداد الباحثة وأتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي .
أوضحت نتائج البحث إنه توجد علاقة موجبة دالة إحصائية بين الشفقة بالذات والصمود النفسي , توجد فروق بين مرتفعي ومنخفضي الصمود النفسي في الشفقة بالذات, يسهم الصمود النفسي في التنبؤ بالشفقة بالذات لدي طلاب الجامعة , وقد تم تفسير نتائج البحث في ضوء الأطر النظرية والدراسات السابقة ووجهة نظر الباحثة .

This research aims to identify the relationship between self-compassion and psychological resilience among university students in Libya. The exploratory study sample consisted of (150) male and female students, and the main sample consisted of (220) male and female students. The researcher used the self-compassion scale and the psychological resilience scale, and all scales were prepared by the researcher. The researcher followed the descriptive correlational approach.
The results of the research showed that there is a positive statistically significant relationship between self-compassion and psychological resilience. There are differences between those with high and low psychological resilience in self-compassion. Psychological resilience contributes to predicting self-compassion among university students. The results of the research were interpreted in light of theoretical frameworks, previous studies, and the researcher's point of view.
