تناولت هذه الورقة مفهوم المال وضوابطه في ضوء الإسلام، وخلصت إلى أن الشّريعة الإسلاميّة نظرت للمال نظرة وسطيّة، فقد عدت حفظ المال إحدى الكلّيّات الشّرعيّة والمقاصد المعتبرة الّتي أثبتتها كثير من الأدلّة، واعتبرت المال وسعة الرّزق من مثوبة الله العاجلة لعباده الصالحين في الدّنيا، وأنّه وسيلة ، وليس غاية، يحقّق مقاصد شرعيّة وأخرويّة، فرديّة واجتماعيّة. الشّريعة تقرّ بحرّيّة التّملّك، وتعتبره حقّاً له قداسته ومكانته، فلكلّ إنسان الحقّ المطلق، والحرّيّة التّامّة في أن يكتسب بكدّ يمينه، وعرق جبينه الحلال الّذي يقيم به معايشه، وما يصون به مروءته، وما يربي به ولده.
Islamic law has a moderate view of money, as it has considered preserving money as one of the legal universals and valid objectives proven by many proofs, and it has considered money and abundant provision as a quick reward from God for his righteous servants in this world, and that it is a means, not an end, that achieves legal and otherworldly objectives, individual and social. Sharia recognizes freedom of ownership, and considers it a right that has its sanctity and status, as every person has the absolute right and complete freedom to earn with the hard work of his right hand and the sweat of his brow the lawful means with which he establishes his livelihood, and with which he preserves his chivalry, and with which he raises his children
