تناولت هذه الورقة الدور السياسي للمهاجرين الليبيين في مصر، الذي لعبوه خلال التطورات السياسية للقضية الليبية، مند بداية عرضها في أروقة الأمم المتحدة في ليك سايكس أبريل 1949م، ومرورًا بالعقبات التي واجهتها والاجتماعات الدولية، وردود أفعال الليبيين على مشروع بيفن سفورزا واستقلال برقة، والمؤتمر الوطني العام، وتطورات القضية من خلال الدور الدي لعبوه المهاجرين الليبيين حين عُرضت القضية أمام هيئة الأمم المتحدة، وحتى صدور قرار الجمعية العامة في نوفمبر 1949م.
In this paper dealt with the political role of Libyan migrants in Egypt, which they played during the political developments of the Libyan issue since the beginning of its presentation in the halls of the United Nations in Lake Sykes in April 1949 ,and the passage through obstacles encountered at international meetings and the reactions of Libyans to the Beft Severosa project , and independence of Bargha , and the national conferences, and the presentation of the issue through the role played by the Libyan immigrants when the Libyan national issue was presented in the United Nations until the issuance of the General Assembly's resolution.
