تتناول هذه الدراسة منظمات المجتمع المدني في دولة الكويت من خلال تصنيفها إلي ستة مجالات وهي الحقوقية، والخيرية، والمهنية والنقابية، والجمعيات النسائية، والأحزاب السياسية وأخيراً الديوانيات، وذلك بعرض أهم منظمات كل مجال من المجالات المشار إليها، وتحديد سماتها وهياكلها والخدمات التي تقدمها للمجتمع الكويتي، كما تعالج الدراسة التشريعات التي صدرت لتنظيم العمل بهذه المنظمات من خلال إهتمام الدستور بهذه المنظمات من خلال 5 مواد دستورية و5 قوانين تم سنها لتنظيم أنشطة هذه المنظمات وتحديد واجباتها وحقوقها ودورها في خدمة المجتمع.This study deals with civil society organizations in the State of Kuwait by classifying them into six fields: legal, charitable, professional, trade union, women's associations, political parties, and finally diwaniyas, by presenting the most important organizations in each of the fields referred to, and defining their characteristics, structures, and the services they provide to Kuwaiti society.
