هدفت الدراسة إلي الكشف عن أثر التحول الرقمي في إدارة الأزمات والتعامل معها ، ورصد دور جائحة كورونا في نشر ثقافة التحول الرقمي ، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي, وأداة الاستبيان تم تطبيقها على عينة قوامها(400) مفردة من الأفراد المعتمدين علي التطبيقات الإلكترونية في إدارة أمورهم بالرياض في المملكة العربية السعودية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن التحول الرقمي المرتبط بأزمة كورونا في المملكة العربية السعودية كان له تأثير إيجابي وملحوظ .
The study aimed to reveal the impact of digital transformation in managing and dealing with crises, and to monitor the role of the Corona pandemic in spreading the culture of digital transformation. The study relied on the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire tool was applied to a sample of (400) individuals of individuals who rely on electronic applications in managing... Their affairs in Riyadh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study reached several results, the most important of which is that the digital transformation associated with the Corona crisis in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia had a positive and noticeable impact.
