هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة الارتباطية بين الكفاءة النفسية الاجتماعية واتخاذ القرار لدى عينة من المدراء، والكشف عن العلاقة الارتباطية بين التفكير الايجابي واتخاذ القرار لدى عينة من المدراء، والكشف عن العلاقة الارتباطية بين الكفاءة النفسية الاجتماعية والتفكير الايجابي لدى عينة من المدراء، والتنبؤ باتخاذ القرار من خلال الكفاءة النفسية الاجتماعية والتفكير الايجابي لدى عينة من المدراء. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (ن=50) من مدراء الادارات بجامعة المنصورة ومستشفيات جامعة المنصورة، والتي تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين (45-55) سنة، بمتوسط حسابي (52.17)، وانحراف معياري (0.82).
