تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع العلاقات الاجتماعية بين الأطباء والمرضى والآثار المترتبة على تنميتها، أهم معوقات تحقيق جودة خدمات الرعاية الصحية في مدينة الطب ببغداد، واقتراح رؤية مستقبلية لتحسين جودة خدمات الرعاية الصحية في المجتمع العراقي، ومن أجل تحقيق هذه الأهداف اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي, وأداة الاستبيان تم تطبيقها على (95) من الكوادر الطبية بمدينة الطب ببغداد بجمهورية العراق، وكشفت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية عن أن واقع العلاقة الاجتماعية بين الأطباء والمرضى جيدة، كما كشفت النتائج عن المعوقات التي قد تؤثر علي تطبيق الجودة الشاملة في تقديم جودة الرعاية الصحية، ومن أبرزها نقص التدريب على بعض الأعمال التي تتطلب مهارات معينة.
The study aims to identify the reality of social relations between doctors and patients and the implications for their development, the most important obstacles to achieving the quality of health care services in the Medical City in Baghdad, and to propose a future vision for improving the quality of health care services in Iraqi society. In order to achieve these goals, the study relied on the descriptive approach. The questionnaire tool was applied to (95) medical personnel in the Medical City in Baghdad, Republic of Iraq. The results of the field study revealed that the reality of the social relationship between doctors and patients is good. The results also revealed the obstacles that may affect the application of comprehensive quality in providing quality health care
