البحث يتناول دراسة حديث البراء بن عازب في "من نكح امرأة أبيه"، يهدف البحث إلى جمع روايات حديث البراء بن عازب ودراستها دراسة حديثية ومحاولة الإجابة عن اختلاف أسانيد الحديث وعن صحة لفظ "أخذ ماله" أو "خمس ماله". سالكاً في هذا البحث المنهج الاستقرائي النقدي، أجمع روايات الحديث وأخرّجها ثم أنقد تلك الروايات مع الاستعانة بالمنقول عن أئمة هذا الشأن. من النتائج التي ظهرت في هذا البحث أن حديث البراء له روايتان، وأن الاختلاف الذي أشار له نقاد الحديث وقع في إحدى الروايتين، وهي رواية عدي بن ثابت عن البراء بن عازب. وأن هذا الاختلاف وقع في الإسناد وكذلك وقع في المتن خصوصاً في زيادة لفظة "أخذ ماله" فإن أكثر الروايات ليس فيها زيادة "أخذ ماله" أما الرواية الثانية فهي: من حديث مطرف عن أبي الجهم عن البراء بن عازب، وهي أصح إسناداً من الرواية الأولى. وليس فيها لفظة "أخذ ماله".
The research deals with the study of the hadith of Al-Baraa bin Azeb in "Who marries his father's wife", the research aims to collect the narrations of the hadith of Al-Baraa bin Azeb and study them in a modern study and try to answer the different chains of transmission of hadith and the validity of the word "taking his money" or "five of his money". In this research, Salka inductive and critical approach, collected and directed hadith narrations and then criticized those narrations with the help of quoted from the imams in this regard. One of the results that appeared in this research is that the hadith of al-Baraa has two narrations, and that the difference referred to by hadith critics occurred in one of the two narrations, which is the narration of Uday bin Thabit from al-Baraa bin Azeb. And that this difference occurred in the isnad as well as occurred in the text, especially in the increase of the word "taking his money", most of the narrations do not have an increase in "taking his money" The second narration is: from the hadith of Mutraf from Abu al-Jahm from al-Baraa bin Azib, It is more correct than the first novel. It does not contain the word "taking his money".
