هدفت الدارسة إلي التعرف علي الآثار الاقتصادية لدور الدولة في دعم مهارات رواد الأعمال للمشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلي أن الآثار الاقتصادية لدور الدولة في دعم ريادة الأعمال للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في سلطنة عمان كانت كبيرة. وقد أدركت الحكومة العمانية أهمية الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في دفع عجلة النمو الاقتصادي والتنمية، ونفذت سياسات ومبادرات لدعم نموها وتطورها. وقد أدت هذه السياسات إلى زيادة عدد الشركات الجديدة التي يتم تأسيسها في عمان، مما أدى بدوره إلى زيادة في خلق فرص العمل وانخفاض في البطالة. كما أدى دعم الدولة لريادة الأعمال إلى زيادة الابتكار والقدرة التنافسية بين الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في سلطنة عمان، حيث قدمت الحكومة التمويل والموارد لمساعدة الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة على التغلب على تحديات بدء الأعمال التجارية وتنميتها.
The study aimed to identify the economic effects of the role of the state in supporting the skills of entrepreneurs for small and medium enterprises. The study found that the economic effects of the state's role in supporting entrepreneurship for small and medium-sized enterprises in the Sultanate of Oman were significant. The Omani government has recognized the importance of SMEs in driving economic growth and development and has implemented policies and initiatives to support their growth and development. These policies have led to an increase in the number of new companies being established in Oman, which in turn has led to an increase in job creation and a decrease in unemployment. State support for entrepreneurship has also increased innovation and competitiveness among SMEs in Oman, as the government has provided funding and resources to help SMEs overcome the challenges of starting and growing a business.
