تُعتبر الاقتصاديات النامية من أكثر الدول التي تواجه ضغوطًا متصاعدة لتبني مصادر الطاقة المتجددة، فمحدودية الموارد المالية، وضعف القدرات المؤسسية والتنظيمية، وغياب آليات التمويل المناسبة، تُشكل العقبات الرئيسية التي تعرقل تطوير ونشر مشاريع الطاقة المتجددة في هذه الاقتصاديات. وفي ظل هذه التحديات، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل الخيارات المتاحة لتمويل التحول نحو استخدام مصادر الطاقة المتجددة في الدول النامية، مع تسليط الضوء على مزايا وعيوب كل خيار، بهدف استكشاف آليات التمويل المناسبة لظروف هذه الدول. كما تقيّم دور الجهات الفاعلة المختلفة ضمن النظام الاقتصادي كالحكومات، مؤسسات التمويل الدولية، القطاع المصرفي، أسواق المال والمستثمرين. واعتمدت الدراسة على منهج التحليل المقارن، حيث تستعرض الدراسة تجارب الدول الرائدة، كألمانيا، الولايات المتحدة، الصين وجنوب إفريقيا، إلى جانب النجاحات التي حققتها دول مثل المغرب، الهند، الأردن ومصر في مسار التحول نحو استخدام مصادر الطاقة المتجددة، لاستخلاص الفرص والتحديات التي تواجه تنفيذ هذا الهدف، وتقديم توصيات عملية لصانعي القرار والممارسين في هذا المجال في الاقتصاديات النامية.  وتوصلت الدراسة الي أن توفير خيارات تمويلية متنوعة، يُسهم بشكل إيجابي في تفعيل التحول نحو مصادر الطاقة النظيفة وتحقيق الأهداف الاقتصادية المرجوة من التحول، بشرط اعتماد السياسات المناسبة وتوفير بيئة ملائمة لتمويل التحول تتناسب مع ظروف كل دولة.
       Developing economies are most pressured to adopt renewable energy sources. The limitations of financial resources, weak institutional and organizational capacities, and the absence of appropriate financing mechanisms represent the main obstacles hindering the development and deployment of renewable energy projects in these economies. Considering these challenges, this study aims to analyze the available financing options for transitioning to renewable energy sources in developing countries, highlighting the advantages and disadvantages of each option to explore suitable financing mechanisms for the specific conditions of these countries. The study also assesses the role of various actors within the economic system, such as governments, international financial institutions, the banking sector, capital markets, and investors. A comparative analysis approach was adopted, reviewing the experiences of leading countries such as Germany, the United States, China, and South Africa, alongside the successes achieved by countries like Morocco, India, Jordan, and Egypt in their transition to renewable energy.
The study seeks to identify the opportunities and challenges facing the implementation of this goal and provide practical recommendations for decision-makers and practitioners in this field within developing economies. It concludes that providing diverse financing options positively contributes to facilitating the transition to clean energy sources and achieving the desired economic objectives of this transition, provided that appropriate policies are adopted and a conducive environment for financing the transition is created that aligns with the specific circumstances of each country.
