يعد التمويل المستدام أحد أهم الأدوات التي يمكنها مواجهة تحديات مثلث نكسز (الغذاء، المياه، الطاقة) من خلال دعم كافة المشروعات الهادفة الى تحقيق الاستدامة سواء في الزراعة أو الطاقة أو التكنولوجيا الخضراء. تستهدف هذه الدراسة التعريف بأضلاع مثلث نكسز وماهية التمويل المستدام وكيف يستخدم في مواجهة هذه التحديات وحلها بهدف تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. كما تطرقت الدراسة الى بيان مستويات التمويل المستدام في مصر وكيف يمكن استخدامه لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة.
توصلت الدراسة الى أنه أصبح هناك ضرورة ملحة لدراسة الحد من انعدام الأمن الغذائي وندرة المياه واستخدام الطاقة الأحفورية، كما أصبحت هناك حاجة ماسة إلى وجود أساليب وأدوات متكاملة جديدة لمواجهة التحديات الناتجة من تزايد الاحتياجات والمتطلبات الإنسانية المتعددة والمتضاربة ومن أهمها التمويل المستدام حيث يتوجب على الدول محاولة تطوير هذه الأدوات بالشكل الذي يدعم الاستدامة وخاصة في الزراعة والمياه والطاقة.
Sustainable financing is considered one of the most important tools that can address the challenges of the Nexus Triangle (food, water, energy) by supporting all projects aimed at achieving sustainability, whether in agriculture, energy, or green technology. This study aims to introduce the elements of the Nexus Triangle and the concept of sustainable finance, and how it is used to address and solve these challenges with the goal of achieving sustainable development. The study also addressed the levels of sustainable financing in Egypt and how it can be used to achieve sustainable development.
The study concluded that there is an urgent need to address food insecurity, water scarcity, and the use of fossil fuels. Additionally, there is a pressing need for new integrated methods and tools to tackle the challenges arising from the increasing and conflicting humanitarian needs and demands, with sustainable financing being one of the most important. Countries must strive to develop these tools in a way that supports sustainability, particularly in agriculture, water, and energy.
