استهدفت هذه الدراسة زيادة كفاءة وتحسين فاعلية عملية المراجعة الخارجية من خلال وضع نموذج للتنبؤ بنوع رأي مراقب الحسابات بتقرير المراجعة الخارجية يعتمد على المؤشرات المالية لقائمة التدفقات النقدية.
ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة قامت الباحثة باستخدام تحليل الانحدار اللوجيستي (Logistic Regression) لعينة من الشركات بلغت 63 شركة متداولة في بورصة الأوراق المالية المصرية في الفترة من 2019-2023، وقد تم تجميع بيانات الدراسة من خلال القوائم المالية للشركات محل الدراسة.
   وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى نموذج للتنبؤ بنوع رأي مراقب الحسابات يحتوي على مؤشرات الرافعة المالية لقائمة التدفقات النقدية، ومؤشرات الكفاءة في الحصول على تدفقات نقدية،ومؤشرات تقييم سياسات التمويل،ومؤشرات السيولة لقائمة التدفقات النقدية، وقد بلغت القدرة التصنيفية للنموذج 77.1%.
This study aims to increase the efficiency and improve the effectiveness of the external audit process by developing a model to predict the of the auditor's opinion on the external audit report based on the financial indicators of the statement of cash flows.
To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher used logistic regression analysis for a sample of 63 companies traded on the Egyptian Securities Exchange from 2019-2023, and the study data was collected through the financial statements of the companies under study.
          The results of the study led to a model for predicting the type of auditor's opinion that contains indicators of leverage for the cash flow statement, indicators of efficiency in obtaining cash flows, indicators of evaluating financing policies, and liquidity indicators for the cash flows statement, and the classification ability of the model reached 77.1%.
