هدفت الباحثة من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى عرض و تقديم إطار مقترح لآليات تطبيق تكنولوجيا سلاسل الكتل    (Blockchain) وتحليل دورها في زيادة الحصيلة الضريبية بالتطبيق على مصر، و من أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف تم إجراء دراسة ميدانية تستهدف استطلاع آراء عينة مكونة من المحاسبين والممولين سواء من أصحاب المنشآت الفردية أو الشركات ، بالاضافة إلى مجموعة من مأمورى ومستشارى الضرائب العاملين بمصلحة الضرائب المصرية وخبيرى تكنولوجيا المعلومات بكل من مصلحة الضرائب المصرية ومجموعة متنوعة من الشركات لما لهم من خبرة عملية ودراية تامة حول الانعكاسات المختلفة لاستخدام الأساليب التكنولوجية الحديثة، ومن ثم سيكونون أكثر قدرة على تحديد انعكاس استخدام تكنولوجيا سلاسل الكتل (Blockchain) على النظام الضريبي المصري. وذلك تمهيدا لجمع البيانات اللازمة لاختبار الفرض الذى استندت إليه الدراسة من خلال أسلوب قائمة الاستقصاء.
      وخلصت الباحثة إلى وجود علاقة إيجابية قوية بين تطبيق تكنولوجيا سلاسل الكتل (Blockchain) وتحسين كفاءة وفاعلية النظام الضريبي المصري حيث أن تطبيق سلاسل الكتل(Blockchain) سيعزز من شفافية النظام الضريبي ويزيد من الثقة بين الحكومة والمواطنين كما ستساعد في تحسين تجربة الممولين من خلال تسهيل الإجراءات الضريبية وفي تتبع جميع المعاملات المالية للممولين، مما يساهم في زيادة الحصيلة الضريبية للدولة والتى سوف ينعكس إيجابيا بالضرورة على اقتصاد الدولة المصرية ككل.
The researcher aimed through this study to present and propose a framework for the mechanisms of applying Blockchain technology and analyzing its role in increasing tax revenue, with a focus on Egypt. To achieve this objective, a field study was conducted targeting a sample composed of accountants and taxpayers, including both owners of individual establishments and companies, as well as a group of tax inspectors and consultants working at the Egyptian Tax Authority and IT experts from the Egyptian Tax Authority and a variety of companies. These individuals were chosen for their practical experience and in-depth knowledge of the various implications of using modern technological methods, making them more capable of assessing the impact of using Blockchain technology on the Egyptian tax system. This served as a foundation for collecting the necessary data to test the study's hypothesis through a survey questionnaire.
The researcher concluded that there is a strong positive relationship between the application of Blockchain technology and the improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the Egyptian tax system. The implementation of Blockchain will enhance the transparency of the tax system, increase trust between the government and citizens, and improve the experience of taxpayers by simplifying tax procedures and enabling the tracking of all financial transactions. This will contribute to increasing the state's tax revenue, which will have a positive impact on the overall Egyptian economy.
