يهدف البحث إلى تحديد تأثير المراجعة القضائية على حماية المال العام وذلك من خلال إجراء دراسة تجريبية في بيئة الأعمال المصرية على عينة من (أعضاء هيئة التدريس - مراجع الحسابات مزاول للمهنة بشكل حر - مراجع الحسابات بالجهاز المركزي للمحاسبات)، حيث قامت الباحثة بتصميم تجربة تقييم تاثير المراجعة القضائية على حماية المال العام من خلال تقسيم المشاركين إلى مجموعتين رئيسيتين: مجموعة ضابطة ومجموعة تجريبية، وخلصت الدراسة إلى ثبوت الفرضية الرئيسية للدراسة والتي تشير إلى مساعدة المراجعة القضائية بشكل أكثر على حماي ة المال العام مقارنة باستخدام المراجعة التقليدية، هذا ما اثبتته نتائج الدراسة، كما تُظهر النتائج أن المراجعة القضائية لها أثر كبير وفعال و تُعد أداة فعالة في حماية المال العام، وحيث تساهم في تحسين إدارة الموارد المالية، واكتشاف الأخطاء مبكرًا، وتعزيز الشفافية، والحد من الفساد المالي، يُنصح المؤسسات الحكومية والعامة بتبني المراجعة القضائية كإستراتيجية رئيسية لتحقيق كفاءة أعلى في استخدام المال العام وتقليل الهدر المالي ، كما أثبتت النتائج أن المراجعة القضائية توفر درجة عالية من التدقيق المالي والمساءلة، مما يساهم بشكل مباشر في كشف الأخطاء غير المتعمدة والتجاوزات المالية. هذه الشفافية تساعد في حماية المال العام من الفساد وسوء الإدارة المالية. The research aims to determine the impact of judicial review on the protection of public money by conducting an experimental study in the Egyptian business environment on a sample of (faculty members - auditors practicing the profession freely - auditors in the Central Auditing Organization), where the researcher designed an experiment to evaluate the impact of judicial review on the protection of public money by dividing the participants into two main groups: a control group and an experimental group. The study concluded that the main hypothesis of the study was proven, which indicates that judicial review helps more in protecting public money compared to using traditional review, as proven by the results of the study. The results also show that judicial review has a significant and effective impact and is an effective tool in protecting public money, as it contributes to improving the management of financial resources, detecting errors early, enhancing transparency, and reducing financial corruption. Governmental and public institutions are advised to adopt judicial review as a main strategy to achieve higher efficiency in the use of public money and reduce financial waste. The results also prove that judicial review provides a high degree of financial auditing and accountability, which directly contributes to uncovering unintentional errors and financial violations. This transparency helps protect public money from corruption and financial mismanagement.
