الملخص يشهد العصر الحالي ثورة معلوماتية كبيرة أثرت بشكل مباشر في حياة الإنسان من حيث الشكل المضمون وأداة إلى خلق بيئة اجتماعية لم تكن مألوفة من قبل يطلق عليها البيئة الرقمية أو الإلكترونية ، ويعد الابتزاز الإلكتروني التي بدأت تنتشر انتشاراً ملحوظاً في السنوات الأخيرة بسبب التطور في التقنية ووسائل الاتصالات وعلي الرغم من التحول في تكنولوجية المعلومات وتطبيقات الانترنت وتشهد المجتمعات من التطور علي كافة الأصعدة آلت هذا التحول خلق أشكال من الانحرافات لم تكن موجودة في السابق إذا لم تعد الجريمة تمارس شكلها البدائي كما هو معتاد وإنما تغيرت أنماط الجريمة وأساليبها وأصبحت تستهدف المعلومات الخاصة والأفراد أو الاجتماعيات عن بعد، وهدفت الدراسة الى تحقيق هدف رئيسي مؤداه اختبار فعالية التدخل المهني من منظور الممارسة العامة في الخدمة الاجتماعية باستخدام المدخل الوقائي لتوعية الطالبات الجامعيات بمخاطر الابتزاز الإلكتروني "، وقد تحدد الفرض الرئيسي في أنه توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات درجات القياسين القبلي والبعدي لحالات الجماعة التجريبية بالنسبة لاستخدام المدخل الوقائي لتوعية الطالبات الجامعيات بمخاطر الابتزاز الالكتروني لصالح القياس البعدي. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى صحة الفرض الرئيسي للدراسة وفروضه الفرعية وقابلية برنامج التدخل المهني للتطبيق على عينة الدراسة. الكلمات المفتاحية :التدخل المهني ، الممارسة العامة في الخدمة الاجتماعية ،المدخل الوقائي، الطالبات الجامعيات ، الابتزاز الإلكتروني.                           Abstract The current era is witnessing a major information revolution that has directly affected human life in terms of content and form, and is a tool for creating a social environment that was not familiar before. It is called the digital or electronic environment Electronic blackmail, which has begun to spread significantly in recent years due to the development in technology and means of communication, despite the transformation in information technology and Internet applications, and societies are witnessing development at all levels, this transformation has led to the creation of forms of deviations It did not exist in the past if crime no longer practiced its primitive form as usual, but rather the patterns and methods of crime changed and began targeting private information, individuals or social communities from a distance The study aimed to achieve a main goal of testing the effectiveness of professional intervention from the perspective of generalist practice in social service, using the preventive approach to educate female university students about the dangers of electronic blackmail The main hypothesis was determined to be that there are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the pre- and post-measurements for the cases of the experimental group regarding the use of the preventive approach to educate female university students about the dangers of electronic blackmail, in favor of the post-measurement The results of the study revealed the validity of the main hypothesis of the study and its sub-hypotheses and the applicability of the professional intervention program to the study sample.     Key words: professional intervention, generalist practice in social work, preventive approach, female university students, electronic blackmail.
