There are also difficulties related to the scarcity of financial resources allocated by some governments to implement programs to support people of determination. To overcome these challenges, cooperation between states and international organizations must be strengthened, local legislation developed, and psychosocial support for people of determination must be provided. The implementation of these measures will enhance the enjoyment of the rights of persons of determination and give them the opportunity to participate fully in society.
