تناول البحث قاعدة رفع الحرج وتطبيقاتها على ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة:  تناول الأول: قاعدة رفع الحرج في الشريعة الإسلامية. والثاني: تطبيقات رفع الحرج على ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في العبادات. والثالث: تطبيقات رفع الحرج على ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في باقي أبواب الفقه. ورفع الحرج عن العباد موضع اتفاق، وأصل عظيم من أصول التشريع، يشهد لهذا آيُ القرآن ونصوصُ السنة النبوية. وبالرغم من هذا لم يخل القول في التطبيقات من خلاف بين الفقهاء، نظرا إلى الأدلة الجزئية والاجتهاد السائغ في مسائل الفقه وفروعه. وقد اعتمدت من آرائهم الأيسر والأقرب إلى قاعدة رفع الحرج من غيره، وربما لم أذكر سواه في المسألة. وما ذكرته إنما هو نماذج وتطبيقات مختارة، لا حصر فيها ولا استقصاء، وقد تنوعت التطبيقات تبعا لتنوع أبواب الفقه، فهو يتناول جميع جوانب الحياة. والله من وراء القصد.
 The research dealt with the rule of lifting embarrassment and its applications to people with special needs in an introduction, three sections and a conclusion: The first dealt with: the rule of lifting embarrassment in Islamic law. The second: the applications of lifting embarrassment on people with special needs in worship. And the third: the applications of lifting embarrassment on people with special needs in the rest of the chapters of jurisprudence. Removing embarrassment from the servants is subject to agreement, and a great asset of legislation, attested to by the verses of the Qur'an and the texts of the Prophet's Sunnah. Despite this, the statement in the applications was not without disagreement among the jurists, given the partial evidence and the permissible jurisprudence in matters of jurisprudence and its branches. I have adopted their views that are easier and closer to the rule of removing embarrassment than others, and perhaps I have not mentioned others on the issue. What I mentioned are selected models and applications, innumerable and uninvestigated, and the applications varied according to the diversity of the chapters of jurisprudence, as it deals with all aspects of life. And God is behind the intention.
