هدف هذا البحث التعرف إلى متطلبات التعليم الإلكتروني وإمكانية الوصول لذوي الإعاقة السمعية في مدارس الدمج من وجهة نظر الطالبات المتدربات. لتحقيق أهداف البحث، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي لملاءمته لطبيعة البحث، حيث تم إعداد استبانة مكونة من (29) فقرة، تم توزيعها على (28) طالبة متدربة في قسم التربية الخاصة في جامعة حائل، من أصل مجتمع البحث البالغ (130) طالبة. أظهرت نتائج البحث توافر متطلبات التعليم الإلكتروني بدرجة كبيرة جداً، وأن أهم متطلب تربوي للتعليم الإلكتروني وإمكانية الوصول لذوي الإعاقة السمعية من وجهة نظر الطالبات كان "إعطاء الطلبة وقت كافٍ للمشاركة"، وأهم متطلب تكنولوجي كان "أن يتعلم الطالب استخدام منصة التعليم ويدخل حسابه الخاص". انتهى البحث بعدة توصيات، أهمها: ضرورة إعداد اخصائيات التربية الخاصة في الجامعات على متطلبات التعليم الإلكتروني وإمكانية الوصول لذوي الإعاقة السمعية في مدارس الدمج. This study aimed to identify the requirements of e-learning and accessibility for people with hearing disabilities in inclusion schools from the perspective of female trainees. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive survey method was used to suit the nature of the study. A questionnaire consisting of (29) items was prepared and distributed to (28) female trainees in the Department of Special Education at the University of Hail from a study population of (130) student. The results of the study showed that availability of e-learning requirements is very high. The most important educational requirement for e-learning and accessibility for people with hearing disabilities from the female students' point of view was “giving students enough time to participate," and the most important technological requirement was “that the student learn to use the education platform and enter his own account."The study concluded with several recommendations, the most important of which are: the necessity of preparing special education specialists in universities on the requirements of e-learning and accessibility for people with hearing disabilities in integration schools.
