هدفت الدِّراسَة إلى معرفة واقع تدريب ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحُّد، على مهارات تقرير المصير من وجهة نظر معلِّميهم، ولتحقيق ذلك الهدف؛ تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، كما استخدمت الاستبانة أداةً لجمع البيانات (من إعداد الباحثة، تم تطبيقها على عينة بلغ عددها (84) من معلِّمي ومعلِّمات التلاميذ ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحُّد بمدينة الطائف، حيث توصَّلت الدِّراسَة إلى: أن أفراد الدِّراسَة موافقون (غالبًا)، حول واقع تدريب ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحُّد، على مهارات تقرير المصير، وقد تراوحت المتوسِّطات الحسابيَّة بين (٤.٥٧ و٢.٨٠ من 5)، بينما توصَّلت الدِّراسَة إلى أن أفراد الدِّراسَة موافقون (غالبًا)، حول معوِّقات تدريب ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحُّد، على مهارات تقرير المصير، وقد تراوحت المتوسِّطات الحسابيَّة بين (٤.١٧ و٣.٣٢)، كما أشارت النتائج إلى أن أفراد الدِّراسَة موافقون (غالبًا)، على سبل التغلُّب على معوِّقات التدريب، وقد تراوحت المتوسِّطات الحسابيَّة بين (٤.١٩ و٣.٧٩)، وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيَّة، عند مستوى (0,05) فأقل في اتجاهات أفراد الدِّراسَة، باختلاف متغير الجنس، لصالح المعلِّمات، وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيَّة، عند مستوى (0,01) فأقل باختلاف متغير المؤهل العلمي، لصالح مؤهل الدِّراسَات العليا، كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيَّة، عند مستوى (0,05) فأقل في اتجاهات أفراد الدِّراسَة باختلاف متغير الخبرة التدريسية. This study aimed at identifying the reality of training the individuals with autism spectrum disorder on the the skills of self-determination according to the viewpoint of their teachers.  In order to achieve this aim, the researcher used descriptive survey method and a questionnaire as a data collection tool (prepared by the researcher), the study was applied to a sample contained 84 male and female teachers of students with autism spectrum disorder in Taif, the study has concluded the following:  The members of the study were (almost) agree on the reality of training the individuals with autism spectrum disorder on the skills of self-determination, the arithmetic means were (4.57 and 2.80 out of 5). the study also showed that the members of the study were (almost) agree on the obstacles of training the individuals with autism spectrum disorder on the skills of self-determination, the arithmetic means were (4.17 and 3.32). the results also showed the members of the study are agree (almost) on the ways of overcoming the obstacles of training, the arithmetic means were between (4.19 and 3.79). The results indicated the significant statistical differences at the level of (0.05) or less in the trends of the study's members - except in the gender variable- toward female teachers, showed significant statistical differences at level of (0.01) or less in changing the variable of academic qualification toward the qualification of high studies and showed that there were not any significant statistical differences at the level of (0.05) or less in the trends of study's members in changing the variable of experience of teaching.
