هدف البحث إلى التعرُّف على البنية العاملية لقلق تحدث اللغة الإنجليزية لدى تلاميذ المدارس المصرية اليابانية، باستخدام التحليل العاملي الاستكشافي لبيانات مقياس قلق تحدث اللغة الإنجليزية (إعداد الباحثة) وتم تطبيق البحث على عينة قوامها (471) تلميذًا وتلميذة، وأظهرت نتائج التحليل العاملي الاستكشافي وجود خمسة مكونات عاملية، وهي: الأعراض الفسيولوجية لقلق التحدث، والاضطرابات اللفظية، وقلق المشاركة الشفهية، والتصورات المعرفية السالبة حول الذات، والخوف من التقييم السلبي من الآخرين؛ مما يدعم تعدد بنية قلق التحدث.

Abstract:

The aim of the current research is to identify the factor structure of English speaking anxiety among pupils of the Egyptian Japanese schools, using exploratory factor analysis on the data of the English speaking anxiety (prepared by the researcher) on a sample of (471) male and female pupils. Exploratory factor analysis showed the loading of the scale items on five factors, which were identified as the physiological symptoms, verbal disorders, oral communication apprehension, self-negative cognitive perceptions, fear of negative evaluation. Results supported the view that speaking anxiety is a multidimensional factor.
