This research aims to explore the topic of “The Islamic Trend in the Ottoman State: A Critical Historical Perspective," focusing on religious and intellectual history. The study addresses two main issues: the first is the “Policies and Objectives of the Islamic Trend," which includes examining the sources of Ottoman societal culture and the Islamic movement's role in strengthening religious sentiment within society. The second issue is the “Islamic Trend's Position on Ethnic Pluralism in the Ottoman State," where the study discusses how this movement dealt with the empire's ethnic diversity.
