الملخص:
تروم هذه الدراسة إعادة النظر في نماذج تحكيمية من العصر الجاهلي، سيطرت فيه سلطة المتلقي المتصلة بالذوق العام، وزاحمت فيه إبداعية الشاعر، بمعنى أن هذه القراءة تجلت دون غيرها من المحتملات القرائية، وقد اتخذ البحث استراتيجيات نظريتي التلقي والتأويل لتفكيك القراءة الأولى.
وتكمن مشكلة الدراسة في الوصول إلى إشكالية التلقي والتأويل في التعامل مع النصوص باعتماد ذاتية المتلقي الأول، والحكم على هذا الأساس دون ترك مساحة للمحتملات القرائية الممكنة.
وتكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة في أنها تضيء بنية نصية قديمة باعتماد نظرية نقدية حديثة.
وخَلُص البحث إلى بنية التحكيم تعد بنية نصية سردية تحتمل تعدد القراءات، أي أن عملية التحكيم كانت إقصاء لكل المحتملات القرائية الممكنة لهذه النصوص.
Abstract:
This study is a reconsideration of arbitration models from pre-Islamic era, in which the authority of the recipient dominated by common taste, and in which the creativity of the poet competed. The research adopted the strategies of reception and interpretation theories to dismantle the first reading.
The problem of the study lies in reaching the problem of reception and interpretation in dealing with texts by relying on the subjectivity of the first recipient and judging on this basis without leaving space for the possible reading possibilities.
The importance of this study lies in the fact that it illuminates an ancient textual structure by adopting a modern critical theory.
The research concluded results, that the arbitration structure is a narrative textual structure that tolerates multiple readings, meaning that the arbitration process was the exclusion of all possible reading possibilities for these texts.
