The stage of preparing and building models is considered one of the most important stages of clothing production, as it is the link between design and implementation, and it has an important and fundamental role in the success of the clothing product. The basic model is the tool on which the quality of clothing depends, and it must have control, comfort, and conformity to the body., This research aims to develop a basic model for short teenage girls' clothing, implement a clothing sample according to the developed basic model, implement a dress to develop the ready-made clothing industry, and measure the opinions of specialists regarding the developed basic model and the implemented clothing sample, and the implemented dress directed to the industry. The research used the descriptive and analytical methodology with application. The research tools comprised a questionnaire to measure the opinions of specialists regarding the developed basic model for short girls' clothing, and two assessment scales to measure the opinions of specialists regarding the implemented clothing. The results concluded the creation of a basic model for short girls' clothing, and the implementation of a clothing sample and a dress according to the developed model to develop the ready-made clothing industry in Saudi Arabia. The research recommends providing more scientific research based on developing methods for building clothing models that are compatible with the nature of the body composition
