Creativity in the field of fashion design is a fundamental pillar of the fashion industry. The fashion designer should possess distinctive features and competitive creative approaches to enrich their design performance to produce distinctive artistic creations. This is achieved through innovative thinking with the help of different sources of inspiration that give their designs a renovation of vision, distinction and creativity for their ideas. This research aimed to create sustainable clothing designs for teenage girls by integrating felting techniques with environmentally friendly materials, measure the percentage of agreement between specialists and consumers on sustainable clothing designs, and implement one of those designs that obtained the highest results from the two research samples. The research used the descriptive analytical methodology with the applied study.
The results of the research concluded the accomplishment of the design of (20) sustainable designs. Design No. (9) achieved the highest quality factor of "98.2%", followed by design No. (3) with a quality factor of "97.6%", followed by design No. (6) with a quality factor of "96.8%", which represent excellent quality percentages, whereas, the quality factor for the rest of the designs ranged from "95.3%" to "79.3%", which represent good quality percentages, too. Designs No. (9, 3, 6) achieved the highest quality factors respectively. The design which obtained the highest results was implemented. During its implementation, felting and garment manufacturing stages were taken into account with the aim to support small enterprises.
