المستخلص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن اتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الأمير سطام بن عبد العزيز نحو توظيف المقررات الالكترونية مفتوحة المصدر MOOCs في العملية التعليمية، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (62) عضو هيئة تدريس، وقد اتبعت الدارسة المنهج الوصفي للإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة، واستخدمت الباحثة الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى ان هناك اتجاه إيجابي قوي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو أهمية توظيف المقررات الإلكترونية مفتوحة المصدر في العملية التعليمية، حيث حصلت معظم العبارات على متوسطات عالية (أعلى من 4)، مما يدل على إدراكهم لقيمة هذه المقررات في توفير بيئة تعليمية مرنة، وزيادة فرص التعلم الذاتي، وتحسين الكفايات التعليمية، كما كشفت الدراسة أن أبرز التحديات التي تواجه أعضاء هيئة التدريس في توظيف المقررات الالكترونية مفتوحة المصدر هي غياب الحوافز المادية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس، كذلك ضعف الدعم الفني والتقني اللازم لتطبيق المقررات الالكترونية مفتوحة المصدر. الكلمات المفتاحية: اتجاهات- أعضاء هيئة التدريس - المقررات الالكترونية مفتوحة المصدر- العملية التعليمية. Abstract This study aims to reveal the attitudes of faculty members at Prince Sattam bin Abdul aziz University towards employing open source electronic courses MOOCs in the educational process. The study sample consisted of (62) faculty members. The study followed the descriptive approach to answer the study questions, and the researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data. The study found that there is a strong positive attitude among faculty members towards the importance of employing open source electronic courses in the educational process, as most of the statements received high averages (above 4), indicating their awareness of the value of these courses in providing a flexible educational environment, increasing opportunities for self-learning, and improving educational competencies. The study also revealed that the most prominent challenges facing faculty members in employing open source electronic courses are the lack of financial incentives for faculty members, as well as the weakness of the technical and technological support necessary to implement open source electronic courses.                                                                      Keywords: Attitudes - Faculty members - Open source electronic  courses - Educational process.
