يهدف البحث إلى إنتاج أقمشة منسوجة لملابس رياضة الكاراتيه باستخدام خمسة أنواع من التراكيب النسجية  واستخدام خامة سداء 100% قطن وخامة لحمة 100% خيزران، وبعد النسج تم عمل اختبارات لقياس تأثير متغيرات الدراسة على الخواص الوظيفية لأقمشة ملابس رياضة الكاراتيه المنسوجة (وزن المتر المربع السمك، قوة الشد في اتجاه السداء، الاستطالة في اتجاه السداء، قوة الشد في اتجاه اللحمة الاستطالة في اتجاه اللحمة، مقاومة التآكل بالاحتكاك، نفاذية الهواء امتصاص الرطوبة زمن امتصاص الرطوبة العزل الحراري مقاومة البكتيريا) طبقا للمواصفات القياسية لاختبارات المنسوجات، ودراسة تأثير التركيب النسجي على الخواص الوظيفية لأقمشة ملابس رياضة الكاراتيه المنسوجة، واتبع البحث المنهج التجريبي لملائمته لتحقيق أهداف البحث وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن العينة رقم (3) المنتجة باستخدام التركيب النسجي مبرد 1/3 حققت أفضل النتائج بمعامل جودة 86.72%، كما أن العينة رقم (2) المنتجة باستخدام التركيب النسجي سادة 2/2 ممتد من الاتجاهينأقل النتائج بمعامل جودة 78.38%.        The research aims to produce woven fabrics for karate sportswear were produced by using five types of woven structure and used warp materials 100% cotton weft materials 100% bamboo, after weaving tests were done to measure effect woven structure on functional properties for karate sportswear woven fabrice (square meter weight, thickness, breaking force in warp direction, elongation in warp direction, breaking force in weft direction, elongation in weft direction, abrasion resistance, air permeability, moisture absorption, moisture absorption time, thermal insulation, antimicrobial) according to standard specifications of textile tests, The research followed the experimental approach to suit its suitability for achieving the research goals, The results concluded that the sample no. (3) woven structure 1/3 twill achieved the best results with a quality factor (86.72%), as well as sample no. (2) woven structure 2/2 plain extended in both directions achieved the lowest results at a quality factor (78.38%).
