هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى إدراك طلاب المرحلة الثانوية بمدينة مكة المكرمة لدور الموجه الطلابي، وعلاقته الارتباطية بمستوى نضجهم المهني. وقد اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتم جمع البيانات اللازمة باستخدام مقياسين، أولهما من إعداد الباحث ويقيس مستوى إدراك الطلاب لدور الموجه الطلابي، ويتكون من (27) فقرة موزعة على أربعة محاور: التربوي، الاجتماعي، النفسي، والمهني. وأما المقياس الثاني فهو مقياس كرايتس Crites للنضج المهني ويتكون من (47) عبارة موزعة على خمسة أبعاد: التأكد في اتخاذ القرار المهني، الاهتمام في اتخاذ القرار المهني، الاستقلال في اتخاذ القرار المهني، توافر المعلومات لاتخاذ القرار المهني، والتوفيق بين الحاجات والواقع في اتخاذ القرار المهني. وطبقت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من (393) طالباً من طلاب المرحلة الثانوية بالمدارس الحكومية للبنين بمدينة مكة المكرمة. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى إدراك الطلاب لدور الموجه الطلابي كان عالياً. وأن المستوى الكلي للنضج المهني كان متوسطاً، وكذلك كان متوسطاً في معظم الأبعاد، باستثناء بُعد "توافر المعلومات لاتخاذ القرار المهني" الذى أظهر بمستوى منخفض. كما تبين من النتائج وجود علاقة طردية ودالة إحصائياً بين أبعاد مقياس إدراك دور الموجه الطلابي ودرجته الكلية وبين أبعاد مقياس النضج المهني ودرجته الكلية، باستثناء بُعد "التأكد في اتخاذ القرار المهني" حيث كانت معاملات ارتباطه مع مقياس إدراك دور الموجه الطلابي بأبعاده الأربعة غير دالة إحصائياً، وقد كان مستوى العلاقة الارتباطية ضعيفاً، باستثناء العلاقة بين إدراك الدور المهني للموجه الطلابي ومستوى النضج المهني ككل، حيث كان مستواها متوسطاً. The study aimed to identify the level of awareness of secondary school students in the city of Makkah Al-Mukarramah of the role of the student mentor, and its correlation to the level of their professional maturity. The study followed the correlational descriptive approach, and the necessary data were collected using two scales, the first of which was prepared by the researcher and measures the level of students' perception of the role of the student mentor, and consists of (27) items distributed on four axes: educational, social, psychological, and professional. The second scale is the Crites Scale of Professional Maturity and consists of (47) phrases distributed on five dimensions: assurance in professional decision-making, interest in professional decision-making, independence in professional decision-making, availability of information for professional decision-making, and reconciling needs and reality in professional decision-making. The study was applied to a simple random sample consisting of (393) secondary school students in government schools for boys in the city of Makkah. The results of the study showed that the level of students' perception of the role of the student mentor was high. The overall level of professional maturity was average, as well as average in most dimensions, except for the "availability of information for professional decision-making" dimension that appeared at a low level. The results also showed that there was a positive and statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of the scale of perception of the role of the student mentor and its total degree and the dimensions of the professional maturity scale and its total degree, except for the dimension of "confirmation in professional decision-making", where the coefficients of its association with the measure of perception of the role of the student mentor in its four dimensions were not statistically significant, and the level of correlation was weak, except for the relationship between the perception of the professional role of the student mentor and the level of professional maturity as a whole, where its level was average.
