تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على التحديات الاجتماعية والتربوية والاقتصادية التي تواجه أسر الأشخاص ذوى الإعاقة ومحاولة التوصل لمجموعة من المقترحات للتغلب على التحديا ت التي تواجه أسر الأشخاص ذوى الإعاقة اعتمدت الدراسة على مقياس ليكرت الثلاثى بغرض جمع البيانات الكمية ،وحدة الدراسة هي (الأسرة ) ،وقد طبق المقياس على عينة حجمها (60) فرد من أولياء أمور ذوى الاحتياجات الخاصة بمحافظة القاهرة (حى مدينة نصر وحدائق القبة )واشتمل على التحديات التي تواجه أسر الأشخاص ذوى الإعاقة بغرض جمع البيانات الكمية عن أهم هذه التحديات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والصحية والتربوية.وقد توصلت الدراسة أن من أهم هذه التحديات الاجتماعية الشعور بالوصم الاجتماعى والخوف من التعرض للعنف والتنمر من جانب الآخرين ومن أهم أسباب تلك التحديات بعض العادات والتقاليد الخاطئة وكذلك بعض الأمثال الشعبية ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعى وخاصة الدراما التي تصور الأشخاص ذوى الإعاقة على أنهم كائنات ضعيفة عرضة للاستغلال وتستدعى الشفقة وتتفق هذه النتيجة مع نظرية الغرس الثقافي وانعكاسات الرواسب الثقافية حول المعاق في تحديد صورته ومكانته مما يؤثر سلبا على اندماجه في المجتمع كذلك توصلت الدراسة أن من أهم التحديات التربوية هي عدم الوعى بالتعامل السليم مع الشخص ذوى الإعاقة وصعوبة التكيف مع الطلاب العاديين في المدرسة والجامعة ومن أهم التحديات الاقتصادية كثرة نفقات الأسرة نسبيا على الشخص ذوى الإعاقة وعدم كفاية دخل الأسرة،ومن أهم التحديات الصحية تكلفة العلاج للشخص ذوى الإعاقة وحاجة الشخص للمتابعة الصحية طول فترة العلاج لبعض الأمراض.وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة عقد جلسات إرشادية جماعية وفردية لأسر الأطفال ذوى الاعاقات -إسهام وسائل الاعلام المرئية والمسموعة لتقبل وتفهم المجتمع للإعاقة وتغيير نظرتهم السلبية حول المعاقين-بناء قاعدة معرفية تتضمن أعداد ذوى الاحتياجات الخاصة وطبيعة ودرجة إعاقتهم واحتياجاتهم الطبية من الأجهزة والأدوية.تفعيل الوعى المجتمعى بأهمية التبليغ بحالات الإعاقة لدى الأسر لإصدار بطاقة الخدمات المتكاملة لضمان تضمينهم في قاعدة بيانات الأشخاص ذووى الإعاقة وتمنحهم كافة الحقوق التي تتضمنها بنود الاتفاقية والقانون المصرى.
The study aims to identify the social, educational and economic challenges facing families of people with disabilities and to try to reach a set of proposals to overcome the challenges facing families of people with disabilities. The study relied on the three-point Likert scale for the purpose of collecting quantitative data. The unit of study is (the family). The scale was applied to a sample size of (60) individuals from parents of people with special needs in Cairo Governorate (Nasr City and Hadayek El Qobba districts). It included the challenges facing families of people with disabilities for the purpose of collecting quantitative data on the most important of these social, economic, health and educational challenges. The study concluded that the most important of these social challenges is the feeling of social stigma and fear of being exposed to violence and bullying by others. The most important causes of these challenges are some wrong customs and traditions, as well as some popular proverbs and social networking sites, especially drama, which depicts people with disabilities as weak beings vulnerable to exploitation and calling for pity. This result is consistent with the theory of cultural implantation and the reflections of cultural sediments around the disabled in determining his image and status, which negatively affects his integration into society. The study also concluded that the most important challenges Educational: Lack of awareness of proper dealing with a person with a disability and the difficulty of adapting to normal students in school and university. Among the most important economic challenges are the relatively high family expenses on a person with a disability and the insufficiency of the family's income. Among the most important health challenges are the cost of treatment for a person with a disability and the person's need for health follow-up throughout the treatment period for some diseases. The study recommended the necessity of holding group and individual counseling sessions for families of children with disabilities - the contribution of visual and audio media to society's acceptance and understanding of disability and changing their negative view of the disabled - building a knowledge base that includes the numbers of people with special needs and the nature and degree of their disability and their medical needs for devices and medicines. Activating community awareness of the importance of reporting disability cases among families to issue an integrated services card to ensure their inclusion in the database of people with disabilities and granting them all the rights included in the provisions of the agreement and Egyptian law.
