هدف البحث إلى تقصي فاعلية برنامج تدريبي إلكتروني قائم على نموذج آدي وشاير في تنمية الجدارات التدريسية الرقمية لدى معلمي الجغرافيا بالمرحلة الثانوية؛ واتبع البحث المنهج  التجريبي ذو التصميم شبه التجريبي ذا المجموعة الواحدة، وتمثلت أدوات البحث في اختبار جدارات التدريس الرقمية لقياس الجانب المعرفي، وتم تطبيقه على عينة تكونت من (30) معلم ومعلمة من معلمي الجغرافيا بإدارة بلبيس التعليمية، وتوصلت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسط درجات معلمي المجموعة التجريبية (عينة البحث) من المعلمين في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لأدوات البحث لصالح التطبيق البعدي، كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين الجدارات التدريسية الرقمية للمعلمين وتنمية التحصيل لدى طلابهم، ويوصي البحث بضرورة تضمين برامج إعداد وتدريب معلمي الجغرافيا نماذج وأطر تربوية حديثة تسهم في تنمية قدرات المعلمين على استخدام المستحدثات التكنولوجية و جدارات التدريس الرقمية في التدريس، بما ينعكس على مستويات الطلاب. The research aimed to investigate the effectiveness of an electronic training program based on the Adi  and Shire model  in developing digital teaching competencies among geography teachers at the secondary stage, and the research followed  the semi-experimental approach with one group, and the research tools were represented in testing digital teaching competencies to measure the cognitive aspect, and it was applied to a sample consisting of (30) teachers from geography teachers in Belbeis Educational Administration. The results found that there were statistically significant differences at the level of  (0.05) between the average scores of the teachers of the experimental group (research sample) of teachers in  the pre- and post-applications of research tools in favor of the post-application, and the results indicated a positive correlation between the digital teaching competencies of teachers and the development of achievement among their students, and the research recommends the need to include programs for the preparation and training of teachers Geography is a modern educational model and framework that contribute to the development of teachers' abilities to use technological innovations and digital teaching competencies in teaching, which is reflected in the levels of students.
