The study aimed to achieve its main objective, which is identifying the social function of the Sufi Ahmediyya-Idrisiyya-Order in the Egyptian society, exactly in Draw city, Southern Egypt, and to understand its religious, economic and social functions within the society, relying on several theoretical approaches and methodologies of collecting field data.
