تسعي الدراسة إلي الكشف عن دوافع استخدام التطبيقات الطبية المحمولة بين المستهلكين بقطاع شمال الصعيد، ولتحقيق الهدف من الدراسة؛ تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الميداني، وأداة الاستبيان؛ وأظهرت النتائج أن أكثر دوافع الاستخدام لدى أفراد العينة تتمثل في التأكد من المعلومات الطبية أو الصحية من عدة مصادر، حيث جاءت بالمرتبة الأولي من بين الدوافع، يليه مباشرة معرفة التخصص الطبي المناسب قبل زيارة الأطباء، ثم ظهور جائحة كوفيد19 وما فرضته من حظر تجوال وعزل، وتلي ذلك دوافع متوسطة الأهمية منها: انخفاض تكلفة الاستشارة أونلاين مقارنةً بزيارة العيادة، وعدم توفر بعض التخصصات الطبية في محيط السكن، وضعف خبرة الأطباء في محيط السكن، كما تبيَّن زيادة أهمية دوافع استخدام التطبيقات الطبية المحمولة بمحافظتي الفيوم والمنيا عنها بمحافظة بني سويف، والفروق الريفية الحضرية لا تظهر سوى في ثلاثة دوافع فقط، وهي (عدم توفر بعض التخصصات الطبية في محيطي السكني، ظروفي الصحية لا تسمح بزيارة الطبيب، ظروفي الاجتماعية لا تسمح بزيارة الطبيب)، إذ يرتفع الوزن النسبي للدوافع الثلاثة بالريف عنه بالحضر.
Abstract:
The study aimed to uncover the motivations for using medical service applications among consumers in the North Upper Egypt sector. To achieve the study's objective, a descriptive field method and a questionnaire tool were employed. A total of 1,085 valid questionnaires were collected for the study. The results revealed that the primary motivation for usage among the sample participants is to verify medical or health information from multiple sources, which ranked first among the motivations. This was followed by identifying the appropriate medical specialty before visiting doctors, and then the outbreak of COVID-19 and the consequent lockdowns and isolation. It was also found that the importance of motivations for using medical service applications was higher in the governorates of Fayoum and Minya compared to Beni Suef. Urban-rural differences were only apparent in three motivations.
