Abstract

The study aimed to highlight the role of e-governance in improving the quality of services by Egyptian mail and its relationship to sustainable development methodology. "The analytical descriptive curriculum was used based on the research sample and the identification data distributed to a sample of gentlemen involved in the initiation of postal services at their administrative levels. And statistically test the assumptions. The study is consistent with previous studies through its general theme, but it differs in subthemes as it addresses many aspects of dimensions related to electronic administration, quality of seals, and sustainable development. Accordingly, the study's axes and methodology were identified, and the theoretical and practical framework that ultimately led to the findings of the study indicated a statistically significant relationship between each dimension of e-administration (speed, clarity, diffusion, flexibility, and security) and improved postal services for its customers, as well as creating a positive impression and satisfaction of the electronic role in improving the quality of services and their relationship to sustainable development from gentlemen involved in the initiation of postal services on aspects related to speed, clarity, flexibility, safety, and spread. One of the study's most important recommendations was the full application of the concept of paperless electronic administration by finding alternative solutions for the client's paper signature, account opening forms, existing account updating forms, and electronic archiving of documents, reducing economic and environmental costs, increasing electronic dissemination, increasing electronic awareness, and thoughtful application of spatial diffusion to serve quantity and quality.
