أدب الرحلة، شكل أدبي له خصوصيته السردية، وله إسهاماته القيّمة
في حقول الأدب، التاريخ، الجغرافيا، الأخبار والسير، ومن الرحلات التي تعد أساساً لهذا الفن في الأدب الأندلسي، رحلة ابن العربي، الذي يعد رائد هذا الفن، وأول من شقّ الطريق أمام الرحل بالغرب الإسلامي، وقد ابتدأها عام (485هـ)، واستمرت ما يربو على عشرة أعوام ، تنقل خلالها من الأندلس غرباً ثم الشمال الإفريقي إلى بلاد الشام والعراق شرقاً، ثم إلى الحجاز لأداء فريضة الحج، ومنها عاد مرة أخرى إلى العراق ثم إلى مدينته إشبيلية، مروراً بالإسكندرية، وفيها توفي والده، ثم مراكش إلى أن عاد إلى إشبيلية مرة أخرى.
Travel literature is a literary form with its own narrative specificity, and has valuable contributions
in the fields of literature, history, geography, news and biographies. Among the journeys that are considered the basis of this art in Andalusian literature is the journey of Ibn al-Arabi, who is considered the pioneer of this art, and the first to pave the way for travelers in the Islamic West. He began it in the year (485 AH), and it continued for more than ten years, during which he moved from Andalusia in the west, then North Africa to the Levant and Iraq in the east, then to the Hijaz to perform the Hajj, and from there he returned again to Iraq and then to his city of Seville, passing through Alexandria, where his father died, then Marrakesh until he returned to Seville again.
