من الطبيعى أن تكون الصحة هى ما تشغلنا جميعاً, حيث أصبح العصر الحالى يعانى فيه الإنسان من الضغوط الحياتية التى يتعرض لها وأصبحت الضغوط الحياتية عامة لمعظم الناس حيث أن مصادر الضغوط فى الوقت الحالى لا تقتصر على مجتمع واحد فقط بل هى موجودة فى كل المجتمعات تقريباً , وإن اختلفت فى نوعها من مجتمع لأخر وأيضاً تختلف من فئة إلى أخرى. حيث أصبحت الضغوط الحياتية الموضوع المسيطر على وسائل الإعلام طوال الوقت, ويرجع السبب وراء ذلك هو تفشى الأمراض والأوبئة والفيروسات.

Abstract:
It is natural that health is what concerns us all, as the current era in which people suffer from life pressures that they are exposed to and life pressures have become general for most people, as the sources of pressures at the present time are not limited to one society only, but rather they are present in almost all societies, although they differ in type from one society to another and also differ from one class to another. Life pressures have become the dominant topic in the media all the time, and the reason behind this is the spread of diseases, epidemics and viruses.
