هدفت الدراسة الحالية كشف العلاقة بين التكيف الاجتماعي ومفهوم الذات لدى عينة من ذوي اضطراب التعلم المحدد في عمان، تألفت عينة الدراسة من (200) طالبا من طلبة الصفوف الرابع والخامس والسادس الأساسي، تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية من مديرية تربية عمان الأولى، وتمثلت ادوات الدراسة بمقياس التكيف الاجتماعي ومقياس مفهوم الذات بعد أن تم التوصل إلى خصائصهما السيكومترية، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى التكيف الإجتماعي لدى الطلبة ذوي اضطراب التعلم المحدد جاء بدرجة متوسطة، وأشارت النتائج أيضا أن مستوى مفهوم الذات جاء متوسطا أيضا، وبينت النتائج أن العلاقة بين التكيف الإجتماعي ومفهوم الذات علاقة ايجابية وطردية ودالة احصائيا، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة اهتمام المدرسة بالجوانب الإنفعالية والشخصية للطلبة وعدم الاقتصار على الجوانب الأكاديمية، وضرورة تفعيل مجالات الارشاد المدرسي. This study aimed to Identify the relationship between social adaptation and self-concept among a sample of students with specific learning disorder in Amman. The study sample consisted of (200) male and female students from the fourth, fifth, and sixth grades, who were selected randomly from the first Amman Education Directorate, and The study tools represented by the Social Adaptation Scale and the Self-Concept Scale after their psychometric properties were achieved, The results of the study indicated that the level of social adaptation among students with a specific learning disorder was moderate. The results also indicated that the level of self-concept was also moderate. The results showed that the relationship between social adaptation and self-concept is positive, positive, and statistically significant. In light of the results of the study, it was recommended The researcher stressed the need for schools to pay attention to the emotional and personal aspects of students, and the need to activate the areas of school counseling.
